Tips for staying healthy draft-1

People doing many ways to keep their healthy. There are many ways for you. Firt, eat more vegetables and fruits which are full of fiber and vitamins. It can help you to drain the bad things in your body. Second, don’t eat too spicy and salt. It is not good for our stomach. Third, keep the pleasant mood, if you are very sad or feel blue too often, it is not too good to you. You can share your feeling with your friends. The last one, taking exercise regularly to avoid being fat. The most important thing in our life is our health, so we have to keep our health by ourselves.
